About this Healing Experience:
Depression is rampant these days and so painful and debilitating. It really is the worst feeling. In this healing we will work on releasing grief, anger and numbness so we can begin to feel again and find a flow in our lives. By opening up and clearing out the stuck energy in the solar plexus chakra, we can find forward movement in our lives. We will also open and clear the crown chakra so we can find the faith and hope that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
