PSYCHIC REIKI LEVEL I

We will jump right in and learn the foundations of Reiki including, what it actually is, where it came from and how it’s used in everything from healing sessions with yourself, your friends, your family and your pets- all the way to world famous hospitals all across the world. You will be able to answer the question “What is Reiki?” after this class!

We go a deeper into how Psychic Reiki works to fully understand how it helps us heal by invoking the body’s natural healing response by entering into a deep state of relaxation. In this class I will reveal the secrets of how Psychic Reiki really works by bringing in extra life force energy and unconditional love to help us heal at the levels of mind, body, emotion and spirit.

The attunement is the process by which the Reiki Master permanently changes your energy field so that you can work with the specific frequency of Reiki.  It used to be called reiju or initiation. Many people ask me if the attunement is really necessary for Reiki. The answer is yes! You might be doing some kind of energy healing on your own, but it’s not Reiki without the attunement. This is where we learn the “hands-on” work. Energy works seems mysterious, but there is a system, a method and a logic to it. Here is where you will learn foundational energy healing skills such the Reiki breathing techniques, turning your Reiki on and off, and dealing with cold spots, emotional release and stuck energy in your recipients so that you truly understand what’s happening when you give someone Reiki.

Are you sensitive, an empath or an over giver? It’s very important for us to learn to how give Reiki to others without giving away too much of our own energy. Learn how to ground, clear and protect yourself as you are working with others, so that you don’t feel drained and sucked dry by people who might need your help. These skills are something you can use in every aspect of your life to help you set better boundaries and not get drained.

One of the best parts of Reiki Level I is learning to do self-healing. This can have an amazing impact on your own health and well-being. We will cover the hand positions that you need to know and how to get the most out of this powerful aspect of Reiki.

Once we start doing Reiki, we start perceiving the chakras energetically so we need to have a deep and functional understanding of them. This chakra bootcamp will give you all you need to know, both for your own growth and development but also so that you can understand what is happening with your Reiki recipients as you are doing Reiki.

This is “kitchen table” Reiki, since for the most part, you will be doing Reiki for people who are seated in a chair. (We learn Reiki table hand positions in Reiki Level 2.) This is one of the most practical and useful techniques since you will be able to give Reiki to anyone, anywhere, anytime!

This is one of the sweetest and most fun aspects of Psychic Reiki Level 1. You will learn how to work on your kids, pets, plants and even the food you eat and the water you drink. Learn how to modify your Reiki to work with more delicate systems of kids, pets and plants so that they can receive some much needed healing too.

Learning Reiki, especially Psychic Reiki will expand your psychic senses, especially your intuition. Everyone has intuition and adding it onto your tool kit will help you navigate through your life and also help you know what to do in your Reiki sessions. In this class you will discover what your intuition really is and the 3 top mistakes most people make that shuts it down.

Empaths easily absorb the energy and emotions of others, and you will learn how to use Reiki to help you stay grounded, and avoid energy burn out when dealing with other people.
