Reiki is a gentle and powerful healing technique that anyone can learn. Reiki Level I focuses on self-healing, something we all need.  After completing level I, you can do Reiki on yourself, your friends, your family, your pets and even your plants. Hand positions are taught for someone sitting in a chair, which makes Reiki Level 1 accessible for everyone.

In addition to Reiki training I will also be teaching you  how to manage your energy during Reiki sessions. Sensitive people tend to become more sensitive when they learn Reiki so it's important to know how to ground, clear and protect ourselves while we are working together with others.
