There are three symbols that we learn at Reiki level II.  The Reiki symbols are written symbols that help us focus the Reiki energy into physical, emotional and mental healing.  They are used in the healing process and also when we do long distance Reiki. We will give you a solid understanding of the origin of the symbols.

In this class, we will dive deep into each of the three Reiki symbols that we use at level II. We will discuss each symbol in depth so you know when and how to use each one.

One of the highlights of learning Reiki II is that you can do long distance healing sessions. We will learn many different ways to do this and how to set up one that is so professional that you can use it with clients.  We will also learn how to send Reiki over distances to groups of people, entire location and even disasters that impact many people.  We will also go over how to get permission from people, even when you can’t ask them directly, and we will discuss the ethics involved in using long distance Reiki.

The attunement is the process by which the Reiki Master permanently changes your energy field so that you can work with the specific frequency of Reiki.  It used to be called reiju or initiation.  A Reiki II attunement will level up your Reiki considerably.  Your attunement will be on a call with Lisa and a small group of other Reiki students and you will be receiving an personalized, individual attunement.

Watch a demonstration of Lisa going through the hand positions for someone who is lying on a Reiki table.  We work down the body in a pattern that combines bridge and spread positions to work on many the levels of the body in one session.  This is a fantastic way to both clear the chakras and also work on the organs and muscles of the body.  Once you learn this pattern you can feel free to change it up and use your intuition to go where you feel drawn to. 

This is an alternate series of hand positions that balances the chakras using sandwich positions on all the chakras. We can work with front and back side of the chakras at the same time in a very powerful and relaxing Reiki treatment.

Getting the Reiki II attunement can really open up our psychic abilities. It’s a fantastic opportunity to do some psychic development. We will discuss your psychic senses, how you might be receiving your guidance. Did you know that you have a unique Reiki Guide too?  Guides are the non-physical beings who help us when we are doing healing work, so we will discuss how this works and what you might expect to experience.

This is one of the best parts of Reiki Level II.  We will do a guided meditation designed to help you meet your Reiki guides.  It’s fun and easy and will add a lot of richness and depth to your Reiki experience. 

The more that we work with others, the more we need to learn some solid skills to help us stay safe and protected. It’s important to know what to do if we happen to pick up energy, emotion or physical stuff from our clients, since they will be releasing a lot of energetic “goo”  during your sessions. We will learn some powerful techniques to clear energy from your Reiki room, from your clients and from yourself.

As we open up our healing and psychic gifts, it’s very important to learn to how create a safe space for your clients. This means taking your ethical responsibilities very seriously, understanding the power of your word and keeping good boundaries with your clients.  We will also discuss how to handle the legal aspect of your Reiki practice including getting a license and insurance.

What do you do when your clients have an emotional release?  First of all, don’t freak out!  This is something to be celebrated and it means the Reiki is working. We want our clients to feel comfortable working through their emotional issues in our sessions, and yet most of us don’t know what to do when someone cries, gets angry or has another emotional release. In this class you will learn powerful and easy techniques to guide someone through an emotional release.

Once we start working with clients, you might want a dedicated space to your Reiki sessions no matter if you are doing on person or long distance work. We will discuss how buy a Reiki table, set up your Reiki room and cover all the things you might want to have in order to create a peaceful and harmonious space for both you and your Reiki clients.

In Reiki Level I, we learned all about the chakra system. In this class we are going to discuss the layers of the aura, that part of our energy that extends beyond our physical body. We will learn a five layer model that most Reiki practitioners will feel easily when they are doing Reiki sessions.
