You will be making monthly payments of $44 until the subscription is cancelled.  You do have the option to cancel anytime.

Your first payment will be deducted the day you register.  Your next payment will be due 30 days from that day and will continue every 30 days until cancelled.  Your payments will be charged to the card used on your first payment when you registered.   There is nothing you will need to do after registration, as you will be charged automatically.
