Congratulations! Thank you for signing up to take the Power-Up Program.  You have elected for an auto deduction payment plan. 

Your will be making FOUR monthly Payments in the amount of $510. (**These payments do include the CC authorization fee of $10.)

Your first payment will be deducted the day you register.  Your next payment will be due 30 days from that day and will continue every 30 days until paid in full.  Your payments will be charged to the card used on your first payment when you registered.   There is nothing you will need to do after registration, as you will be charged automatically.

Buy clicking this box you are agreeing to make all FOUR payments in FULL in the agreed time of this document. 

You agree that if at any point you receive a new card or your payment information changes you will contact us so we may make the appropriate adjustments.

If at any point during your payment agreement you are having issues with payments please contact us to discuss a resolution.

Non payment of this agreement will result in termination of the class.

Power-Up Program - Pay Four

I am so happy you will be joining me for The Power-Up Program 2021!  I truly believe that extended coaching is a necessity in order to take your business and yourselves to the next level in all the areas of your lives. 

DETAILS ON THE PACKAGE:

  • Receive one individual call monthly for Six months.
  • Receive one group call per month for Six months.
  • All calls will take place on one Wednesday per month and a schedule of the monthly calls will be provided after sign up.
  • The first call will take place on December 8th. 
  • Calls will take place from 12pm – 1:30pm.
  • All calls will be recorded
