What is Energy Healing?

I have been doing healings for over 25 years now and have done over 1600 individual sessions and I am so excited to bring this deep healing work to you remotely and in a group. I will be using a combination of Reiki, Full Spectrum healings and unique healings that I have created myself to bring about a state of peace, relaxation and joy for you.

Energy Healing works by  releasing blocks and opening up your energy pathways to bring about deep physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. As we clear blocks, open chakras and release unexpressed pain and trauma, we naturally find more vitality, peace and harmony inside ourselves. You will also notice a different in your life since energy healing is an effective and powerful way to help you manifest the life you desire.

JANUARY HEALING SESSION - CLEARING THE BLOCKS TO MANIFESTING AWESOMENESS

As we come into the New Year, our thoughts turn towards creating and manifesting what we desire in life. And yet we can stand in our own way of creating awesomeness if we don’t feel worthy and deserving. Come to this healing with something in mind that you want to manifest and create in your life and we will align you with your desire and clear the blocks of feeling unworthy. You deserve it!

To Prepare for the Healing

It’s important to be in a quiet place and a restful state of mind for these healings.

• It’s best if you can sit down or better yet lie down while you are receiving your healing.
• Please don’t be driving!
• Have some free time afterwards to integrate the healing.
• It’s very natural to have an emotional release during a healing. Let yourself cry if you need to. It helps to take deep breaths if something is coming up for you.
• Drink a lot of water after your healing and use a journal to process any emotions that might come up. Reach out to a healer or therapist if you need extra support.

February 17th - Chakra Clearing Series- Clearing and Healing the Heart/4th Chakra

Ah love! We all want it more than anything and we know it starts with self love. Our poor hearts are so broken and battered, we need a lot of love to heal them up. In this healing, we will release grief and open our hearts to love again. As we turn our love inwards and really love up on ourselves, we can then be open to receiving love in the world.

March 10th - Finding Forgiveness

Are you stuck in the past and unable to let go and forgive? Lack of forgiveness shuts down out hearts and keeps us trapped in the past, full of bitterness and unable to full open up again. It all starts with making the decision to forgive, but how do we really do it? The trick is that we must work through anger in order to forgive and this is the step that most people miss. As we release that we can do the most important part of forgiveness- forgiving ourselves.

April 14th – Chakra Clearing Series - The Throat/5th Chakra

Are you able to speak up, speak out and speak your truth? This is a tough one for so many people and our 5th chakras are almost always very blocked. Finding our voices and learning self expression is so important and can impact our lives in wonderful ways. And yet, we are taught to lie and to keep silent. Our ability to listen is also an important part of this chakra. As we clear and heal this chakra you will be able to speak, sing out and express yourself, which is a beautiful thing.
